Delivery times

Each ramp is a high-quality custom-made product that is individually designed and manufactured according to your specifications. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that it may take 2-8 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) for your order to make its way to you. Orders placed by 20:00 on Mondays are usually dispatched on the following Thursday.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For shipments outside Germany the cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

The exact amount is shown in your cart as soon as you enter the delivery address — together with the calculated weight of your ramp.

Good to know

The rates apply per parcel. A particularly long or heavy ramp is manufactured in several parts and then travels in several parcels; your cart works this out for your configuration.
All prices are final prices including tax. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes charged by the destination country may apply in addition.
The table shows the price per parcel. If several shipments are needed for logistical reasons (weight, order value, volume), the cart calculates the actual number of parcels.

Note:
