Delivery times

Each ramp is a high-quality custom-made product that is individually designed and manufactured according to your specifications. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that it may take 2-8 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) for your order to make its way to you. Orders placed by 20:00 on Mondays are usually dispatched on the following Thursday.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. The shipping costs for shipments outside Germany are calculated in the shopping cart after entering the delivery address based on the shipping weight. The individual weight of each ramp is displayed in the configurator.

Note:
